User agreement
The definitions below are used in the agreement.

The User – You who use the Service and have a registered account in the Service.
Twiik – Wellnesstech Labs International AB, includes all services platforms and companies owned and operated via Wellnesstech Labs International AB.
The Service – Includes Websites, applications, mobile apps, web apps, instructions, and all content and functionality provided by Twiik, Twiik’s affiliates, and Twiik members.

Some of the main points in brief:
Be careful about your body. You train and follow instructions at your own risk. Always check with a doctor first.
Twiik provides digital tools and information, but not equipment, gym cards, or the like that may be needed to take full advantage of the service. Make sure you have everything you need.
Have fun and be nice to each other in the social parts.
You have no lock-in period or notice period.
Subscriptions and subscriptions run until you cancel them.
Started and already paid period will not be refunded.
You waive your right of withdrawal as the service is digital and delivered immediately upon purchase.
Twiik has the right to handle all data you enter into the Service.
We can not guarantee that you will achieve the set goals of the programs, but we believe in you!
Of course, we back up everything daily, but we take no responsibility for lost data, service interruptions, or consequences thereof.
Termination, payments, and right of withdrawal
You have no notice period or binding period. As soon as you complete the purchase, the service will be delivered to you digitally. The service is delivered without the right of withdrawal.

You pay for each purchase or period in advance. No refunds will be made upon termination of service, program, or subscription. In the case of current payments or subscriptions without a lock-in period or notice period, all future payments are terminated on the same day as the service or subscription is terminated. Payments already made will not be refunded.

At your own risk – Discharge
The service is only intended to help the User with his own training. The User is responsible for choosing a program that suits the User’s conditions. The user should interrupt the program immediately if it does not feel right or pain etc. occurs. Twiik is not a medical organization and its personnel may not provide the User with medical advice or make diagnoses, and none of the material in the Service shall be deemed to constitute such advice or diagnoses. Information and reports provided in the Service, by Twiik directly or its affiliates shall not be used as a substitute for consultation, evaluation, or treatment by physicians.

The User is encouraged and advised to consult a physician before using the Service or the content of the Service to ensure that the Service is suitable for the User. The service is only intended for healthy adults. The service is not intended for use by minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or persons with any form of health problem, injury, or illness. Such persons are specifically encouraged to seek professional medical advice before using any of the Twiik Services. Before starting any weight loss program and before using the Service, the User must ensure that he/she is not underweight.

All exercise of the Service, including but not limited to, training, exercises, diets, eating habits, and other similar activities, takes place at the User’s own risk. Twiik or Twiik’s partners are not responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, death, or other consequences that can be derived from the User’s use of the Service. The user is responsible for checking all advice, prompts, and instructions with a doctor or other expert before following or implementing them. The user is also responsible for ensuring that he has the knowledge, technology, equipment, physical ability, and other conditions required to perform exercises, training sessions, or other instructions. The User is also obliged to indemnify Twiik from any claim that third parties may make against Twiik as a result of the User’s use of the Service or dissemination of information from the Service.

The scope and results of the service
Twiik does not provide any physical products, equipment, training, membership, entry, or tools that may be required to complete or participate in the training programs, dietary advice, exercises, or anything else available in the Service. It is the user’s own responsibility to ensure that they have access to what may be required to fully utilize Twiik’s Services.

Twiik makes no guarantee that the User will achieve the desired result through the use of the Service. The user waives all right to make any claims against Twiik or Twiik’s partners in connection with goals or desired results that have not been achieved. The user must hold Twiik and Twiik’s partners indemnified for direct and indirect costs or other consequences that may arise due to failure to achieve goals or results. This also applies to claims made by third parties as a result of the User’s use of the Service.

Lost data and interruptions
Twiik is not responsible for or compensates users for lost data under any circumstances. Twiik’s liability to the User in connection with this Agreement is limited to damages caused by intent on Twiik’s part. Provided that Twiik has not acted with intent, Twiik shall not be liable for (a) loss, damage, or other consequence that may affect the User due to delayed, destroyed, or distorted data, interruptions, undelivered data, incorrectly delivered data, or similar events, or (b) consequences that may affect Users if another person or user – knowingly or unknowingly – gains access to someone’s data resources and interferes with or impedes the transmission of information.

The User is also obliged to indemnify Twiik from any claim that another user or a third party may make against Twiik as a result of the User’s use of the Service.

Right to data
Twiik owns the right to all content in the Service and the User undertakes not to use the material other than for personal use within the framework of the intended use of the Service. Any distribution, copying, or sharing of the content of the service is prohibited and may result in claims for damages against the User for financial losses and other costs that arise as a result. The content referred to in this paragraph includes, but is not limited to, source code, intangible assets, instructions, passports, video, images, graphics, logos, texts, and program structures. The User shall also indemnify Twiik for claims made against Twiik by third parties as a consequence of the User’s breach of the prohibition in this paragraph.

Suspension and rules of conduct
We reserve the right to suspend members who do not follow the rules we set up or otherwise behave inappropriately in the service. Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to, pasting unauthorized code, profanity and illegal posts in forums, blogs, guestbooks or profiles, boring attitudes, and advertising. Twiik reserves the right to judge for itself what constitutes inappropriate behavior. Suspension is always preceded by a warning to the email registered by the User in the service.

Rights to information, personal data, and privacy
Twiik stores the information about the user required to distinguish accounts and for the functions available within the service. Twiik is hereby granted the full right to handle and process all data that the User himself stores in the service or stores via connected third-party service such as data imports from other services or products. Twiik has the right to use and display this information within the framework of the Service’s functions. The User undertakes to hold Twiik harmless against all claims that arise as a result of the User’s publication or storage of data or content in the Service.

Twiik does not disclose personal information to third parties other than what is openly displayed within the framework of the Service’s functions unless otherwise stated in these terms. When purchasing exercise and diet products/programs, the sender or owner of the program has access to contact information and purchase information regarding the User’s purchase of their product. The user’s email address may be used for mailings and offers from Twiik AB and partners.

The User also agrees that the coaches who are responsible for the programs the User is connected to have access to the information the User enters into his account in the Service.

Other content in the service
Twiik takes no responsibility for what is written in forums, blogs, and elsewhere by other users. The user is responsible for not saving or publishing content in the service that is contrary to law, regulations, copyright, or otherwise is not free to publish or use. The User undertakes to indemnify Twiik against any claims that arise as a result of the User’s publication or use of such material.

Forum rules, blogs, and other social features
The User undertakes not to write or convey information or opinions that are contrary to Swedish law, constitute advertising, contain careless language or profanity, or are inappropriate in any other way in any part of the Service. The tone should be pleasant and the User should treat other members with respect. Posts in forums must also have the purpose of dealing with the topic the topic in question deals with according to the topic heading. Failure to follow these rules can lead to suspension from the forum and ultimately suspension from the service as a whole with the loss of all information in the account as a result. We also reserve the right to individual cases exclude members from the forum if we judge their behavior as inappropriate according to criteria other than those mentioned here. The User shall indemnify Twiik for claims from third parties that arise due to the User’s publication or posts within the service.
